KIC Tech Park, on the north of KIC Plaza, is targeting to become a world leader in research and development. KIC is set to become a digital community and be a blueprint for the future development of cities in China. The potential development of the technology park is subject to the master agreement and is still under the negotiation with the Yangpu District government.
